Kanye West collaborator and producer Hudson Mohawke posted a teaser of West's forthcoming album on snapchat yesterday - which seems to suggest it might be complete.

Tracks already believed to be on the album include 'Wolves' with Sia and Vic Mensa and the Paul McCartney collaboration 'Only One'.
