Daniel Melia Leaves Gigwise After Four Years :-(

It's with a heavy heart that we announce Daniel Melia is leaving Gigwise today (May 29th) after four years and three months' hard graft.
The 29-year-old Southport lad has been an asset to us and will be sorely missed by all at Gigwise, plus those PR people who ever came into contact with him.
Gigwise head honcho Andy Day said: “It has been impossible to get rid of Dan, we even moved office three times to try and escape him. I was worried he was going to turn into Lars from Lars & the Real Girl.”
Daniel, known as Dan to those close to him, has always had his finger on the musical pulse, successfully predicting great things for such colossal acts as Humanzi, The Dead 60s and 10,000 Things - plus others like MGMT, Jamie T, The Maccabees, Glasvegas and Foals.
Gigwise wishes Dan all the best for future endeavours. If you want to buy him a pint, Dan will be at The Griffin in Shoreditch tonight.
