The music world is marking the 17th anniversary of Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain's death today (April 5).
The singer, famed for the hits 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' and 'Come As You Are' was 27 when he died – an age which has become synonymous with a number of music stars who all passed away at the same age.
The mythical 27 Club was created in 1969 when a number of renowned musicians died within years of each other, each shrouded in mystery.
