An Awesome Wave band plotting largest gigs of career so far
Tickets to see Alt-J on tour in 2013 have gone on sale this morning. (Sept 9).
The band, who released their album 'An Awesome Wave' earlier in the year, will play ten gigs in total including a London show at Brixton Academy.
Presumably, those responsible for booking the large venues are hoping that Alt-J's ever growing presence will become even bigger if, as expected, they pick up a Mercury Music Prize nomination later this month. The band are currently favourites to win the award alongside contenders including Florence + The Machine, The Maccabees and Emeli Sande.
Tickets for Alt-J's 2013 UK tour are available from 9am Friday morning (Sept 7). For more information visit Gigwise Gig Tickets.
