Girls Aloud are set to announce a tour later today, with details of the pre-sale opportunities already revealed online.

A countdown on the girl group's official website ended this morning at 10am - instructing fans to return to the website at midday to view a special video announcement from the girls. However, a page on the Universal Music website has already revealed details of what it will include.

A sales page reveals: "For each copy of ‘Ten’ by Girls Aloud pre-ordered between 19th October and 1500hrs 23rd October, you will be given the opportunity to purchase tickets to the bands forthcoming tour via an exclusive pre-sale window on 24th October beginning at 9am."

It continues: "The pre-sale will be available for a limited period of time, ending at 8am on Friday October 26th. Each access code will be valid for a maximum of 6 tickets which must be purchased in the same order.

"You cannot make multiple orders under the same household. Orders exceeding the limit may be cancelled without notice at the discretion of Artist Ticket."

The Girls Aloud ten-day countdown ending this morning at 10am

Fans were eagerly awaiting the Popstars: The Rivals announcement this morning, with many left confused at the 'come back later' message seen on GirlsAloud.com. However, the group's new single 'Something New' was leaked online earlier this week, forcing them to premiere the track ahead of today - taking the wind out of their sails somewhat.
