Adele is set to miss the Albert Hall premiere of new Bond movie Skyfall in order to spend more time with her new son.
The royal premiere of the new James Bond film is at the Royal Albert Hall in London tomorrow (23 October), but Adele - who provides the theme song for the movie - won't be there.
Adele gave birth to a son on Friday night and, according to sources, already can't stand the idea of being without him.
An insider told The Sun, "Adele doesn’t want to leave her little boy’s side, it’s as simple as that. Right through her pregnancy she’s been practically a shut-in as she wanted to look after herself and the baby.
"Now he’s here, she can’t bear heading out without him, even to hobnob with royalty."
Both Prince Charles and his wife the Duchess of Cornwall are supposed to be attending the premiere, along with the the film's stars Javier Bardem, Dame Judi Dench and Naomie Harris.
Not everyone has been happy about the birth of Adele's son, however, as the singer has been attacked by users on Twitter.
While she did recieve congratulatory messages as well, some users targeted Adele.
One Twitter user wrote: "Adele was pregant? I thought she was fat," with the comment being retweeted hundreds of times.
And some users even targeted Adele's baby, writing: "Aw Adele gave birth to a baby. Is it fat and hadicapped lol? Just murder it already lol."
It's thought that Adele's new album will be inspired by the birth of her child, with sources suggesting that it will have a 'lighter' feel than her previous records.
