Forget about the rumours of Rihanna being back with actual Chris Brown - now there's an imposter on the scene, and he wants a restraining order.

This is the kind of story that we couldn't actually make up, even if we wanted to. According to US gossip website TMZ, a man calling himself 'Chris Brown' has filed documents in US District Court, Tennessee, in which he requests a restraining order against the 'We Found Love' singer due to fear of bodily harm.

It gets crazier. TMZ says that the lawsuit contains some crazy allegations, such as Rihanna giving "Brown" herpes and then hitting herself when he accused her of doing so.

The documents state: "[Rihanna] gave me herpes and then when I threatened to file a lawsuit against her for not telling me she was infested with genital blisters she began to hit herself in the face and throw herself into walls just as Jim Carrey did in the movie 'Liar, Liar."

"Then she turned around and blamed me for the matter as a form of punishment."

Jim Carrey: Apparently has a lot more in common with Rihanna than you'd think.

The accuser then goes on to talk about a weird belief that there's something deadly about a Barbados version of the STI.

The allegations continue, saying: "I woke up with three blisters on my penis ... this isn't just a regular case of American herpes, this is a case of herpes from Barbados, which is most likely lethal."

"Chris Brown" is demanding $10million, plus a restraining order against Rihanna and her Barbados herpes. As you do.

If the imposter is identified then he or she could be punished by the judge for claiming untrue allegations and wasting everyone's time.
