Lady Gaga has admitted she is still scared of some of her former classmates.
The international pop mega-star claims she was always very conscious of her appearance in her school days, a feeling that comes flooding back whenever she is reacquainted with old friends.
Despite her fears the 26-year-old is still in touch with some peers from her school days.
She told Stylist magazine: "I am throwing my best friend an engagement party this weekend, and I'm going to be seeing all these girls from school.
"I would be totally lying to you if didn't say I was worried about how I'm going to look."

The 'Born this Way' singer went on to admit that teasing from some classmates has had a long-lasting effect on her.
She explained how she feels she must make an 'extra effort' with her appearance when meeting old friends.
"I was saying earlier, 'I have to look fabulous, I have to look absolutely amazing', some of them were horrible to me!"
Gaga expressed her confusion about why young women are often derogatory about each other. She made it clear that, in her opinion, everyone should try that little bit harder 'to be nice'.
She added: "I think people are just, for no reason, wretched to each other all the time, and I don't think they use clothes or men or perfume or make-up or anything more than they use anything else.
"We should all make an effort to be nice to one another all the time."
