Cheryl Cole has thanked UK stadium stars Coldplay for a 'nice' New Year's Eve after attending the band's NYE gig in the US.
Coldplay were joined by Jay-Z at the show, which took place at Brooklyn's Barclays Center. She was one of many big name stars at the show - with Christina Aguilera and One Direction star Harry Styles also spotted in the audience of the gig.
Cheryl Cole has today take to Twitter to thank the band for their show, writing: "I had such a nice New Year .. Thank you @coldplay for making it a special one. You guys are Amazing!"
Also in attendance at the show was Chris Martin's wife Gwyneth Paltrow and the couple's children Moses and Apple. Paltrow reportedly ran onto the stage as Martin sang 'Auld Lang Syne' after midnight at the gig.
Cheryl Cole is currently dating dancer Tre Holloway
Cheryl will be spending much of 2013 attending more live shows - but this year, it will be her own. The singer will embark on a huge UK tour with her Girls Aloud bandmates.
