- C2C - Tetra: These four french turntablists have been big names in the hip hop world for years. They were four times World DMC Turntable Champions, with bedroom DJs around the world hoping to be 'just like them'. Tetra is their first endeavour with their own production and is packed with collosal beats and basslines that traverse a terrifically varied range of musical influences. Released: 11 March 2013.

It might feel like we've only just finished talking about the greatest albums of 2012, but we're already looking ahead at what 2013's going to bring the music world.
We're only 18 days into the new year, but we've seen some fantastic records released already, and some huge releases are just around the corner.
Here we take a look at the 10 best records of 2013 so far, spanning indie rock, to rap, to electronica, and everything in between so you know what you should be looking out for in the early months of this year. These are the albums we've been listening to, and loving, at Gigwise since the start of the year - and we think you'll like them too.
