Superbowl? BRIT Awards? Nope. Beyonce has made her live return today at Barack Obama's inauguration in the US.
The star performed the American National Anthem, 'The Star Spangled Banner' at the event, in which Obama was sworn in for a second term as US president.
Beyonce attended the ceremony today (Monday, 21 January, 2013) with husband Jay-Z and the hip-hop power couple joined the likes of Katy Perry, John Legend, John Mayer and Eva Longoria among the star studded guests at the event.
Other performers at the event includes James Taylor and Kelly Clarkson. Speaking of her performance, Clarkson said in an interview recently: "I think it's going to be the coolest thing ever to look back with my grandkids and go: "I was a part of that and I'm proud of that. I'm not ashamed of that," reports The Daily Mail.

Beyonce is set to perform at the Superbowl on 3 February 2013, but is also rumoured to be jetting to the UK for next month's BRIT Awards on 20 February.
Beyonce coming to The Brits is a huge coup for organisers," said a source to The Sun newspaper. "She's among the best live pop acts on the planet and will have brand new material to play for the audience.
"The last time she played The Brits, nine years ago, was at the start of her solo career singing 'Crazy In Love'.
"So it's apt that she's back this year.
