Lady Gaga has had to cancel the remaining 21 dates of her current world tour, due to a hip injury.
According to Live Nation Global Touring, the singer has a labral tear of the right hip which requires surgery.
The statement said, "She will need surgery to repair the problem, followed by strict down time to recover. This, unfortunately, will force her to cancel the tour so she can heal."
Gaga had 21 dates left on the tour, which will now sadly be cancelled. It is unknown whether this relates to the inflammation of the joints which saw her postpone four upcoming dates.
Writing on her Twitter account, the star said, "There's an unfortunate announcement coming out right now, concerning myself and the Born This Ball. Im so sorry. I barely know what to say.
"I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal.
I hid it from my staff, I didn't want to disappoint my amazing fans. However after last nights performance I could not walk and still can't."
