27 February, 2013: Last night in London, the biggest names in rock and indie turned out for the annual NME awards, but what about the after party?
Celebrating her win for Best Solo Artist at the award, Florence Welch headed to central London celebrity haunt The Ivy to party into the night with former Oasis frontman Liam Gallagher. Liam wasn't a winner at the event this year...
Other winners included Johnny Marr, who won Godlike Genius award, and Palma Violets, who won Best New Band. Given To The Wild, by The Maccabees, won Best Album and Biffy Clyro were voted Best British Band.
Foals won Best Track for 'Inhaler', and The Cribs won Outstanding Contribution, with bassist and singer Gary Jarman saying, "The NMEs are not the Brits, the NMEs like to celebrate the outsiders and the weirdos."
The night ended with The Vaccines' Justin Young joining Ronnie Wood and Johnny Marr for a performance to close the evening.
