One Direction star Louis Tomlinson has backed teenage popstar Justin Bieber and defended the singer’s paparazzi outburst.
Although Tomlinson admits he has never met Bieber, the One Direction star took to Twitter to speak up for his fellow popstar.
Tomlinson tweeted: “Although I don't know him personally, I do wish the press would take it easy on @justinbieber.
“I really do empathise with him, I don't see anything out of character in comparison to any other teenagers I know.

Bieber hasn’t had the easiest of weeks in the UK as although he has been playing to sold out crowds of thousands across the country, his stay has been tarnished with controversy after several incidents in which the popstar seems to be acting out at a time when the world is watching him.
British rapper, Proffesor Green also went on the social netoworking site to support Bieber, writing, “I'm team bieber on this one. You get the odd pap who's alright - the rest are weirdos.”
The ‘Boyfriend’ singer has threatened to ‘beat the f**k’ out of a paparazzi, turned up nearly two hours late on stage, almost collapsed during one of his shows and been turned away from a number of trendy nightclubs whilst trying to party.
Even Bieber would struggle to sum up how he felt in less than 140 characters on Twitter, but he did try and tell his 35 million followers that everything was fine after a tough week.
He tweeted: “too many blessings to allow the stress in. the press made things look nuts but really I have enjoyed London. The fans are incredible"
"so while I have seen some crazy stuff it is all smiles. Im gonna get some rest and keep doing what i love. Entertain all of u. thanks".
