Geri Halliwell shared pearls of wisdom with her Twitter followers after taking her first journey on the London Underground in 17 years - and not being recognised by her fellow commuters.
The former Spice Girl apparently found the experience 'liberating', although she only travelled from Leicester Square to Piccadilly Circus.
Writing about the experience on Twitter, she posted, "Forgive me for bring a being a brat:-after 17 years & yesterdays 2hrs of traffic lets save time & money-tube!!"
And once she'd finished the journey, Geri added, "Loved it!!i’m a Londoner! I’m liberated!!"
Not sure that most of her fans would agree, though. Jo Elvin replied to one her tweets: “You don’t get a say if you do it once in a decade, Geri. xx”.
Geri also tweeted 'tips', posting, "Tube tip - doors stops at platform entrance,or below sign ,more seats at end carriage.oh & it's not smelly just saying."
