Jake Bugg's hit 'Lightning Bolt' is to be used in an American ad campaign for basketball.
The track is being used by the sports drink Gatorade, for their television promo which is set to be aired during the NBA championship basketball coverage.
The advert will include stars such as Serena Williams and Michael Jordan, and will be soundtracked throughout by 'Lightning Bolt'. Marketing executives chose the track after listening to thousands of 'unknown songs', and the ad will air from now until the end of the playoffs.
Bugg was also recently announced to be playing Beach Break Live, which has this year moved to Newquay in Cornwall. He will be performing along with AlunaGeorge, Devlin and Lulu James.
"The festival world is changing; we need and want to bring our ticket holders more than just musicians on a stage," says Ian Forshew, founder of Beach Break. "Beach Break Live has always had its community and the experience at its heart and over the years we have grown to become one of the biggest festivals in the UK."

He continued, "Now we’re playing the game changer, we’re bringing something that no one else can or will, we’re transforming not just Newquay but the whole experience, I cannot wait for what is set to be the ultimate music holiday. Imagine Rio Carnival surfing the perfect turquoise wave of Cornwall!"
Before playing Beach Break, Bugg is also going to appear at SXSW, Roskilde and Benicassim - as well as many other festivals.
