18 March 2013: Pop superstar Rihanna took the stage in Toronto, Ontario last night having kept 20,000 fans in Montreal waiting an hour the night before.
The 'Umbrella' singer resumed her Diamonds world tour following several cancelled gigs due to her ill health. However, reviews suggest that the RiRi isn't quite back to her best with scathing reports coming from the Canadian press.
Nick Krewen, who writes for the Toronto Sun described the show as "little more than a 100-minute hot mess". And Tim Snow, writing for the Montreal Gazette said: "At times she appeared tired and frequently had to work hard for high notes."
Rihanna performs her last Canadian show this eveing in Toronto before heading back to the US for a Detroit concert. The star will bring the Diamonds world tour to the UK this summer. Check out photos of the star's Canada gig here.
