21 May, 2013: Last night in London, A$ap Rocky brought his unique hip-hop sounds, (plus a spectacular chandelier) to London as the US rapper performed at Brixton Academy. See photos from the show here.
The rapper, dressed in white from head to toe, performed tracks from his critically acclaimed debut album, Long Live A$ap - jumping into the crowd to be mauled by fans during the show.
The rapper was recently targetted by ferocious female rapper Azealia Banks for comments he made about 'dark skinned girls' and their make-up choices. The '212' rapper posted two Tweets directed at A$AP Rocky, after he made comments about black women's choice of make-up, suggesting that dark skinned female shouldn't wear red lipstick, stating: "I feel like with the red lipstick thing it all depends on the pair of complexion. I’m just being for real. You have to be fair skinned to get away with that."
He made the quotes during an interview with The Coveteur.
Azealia hit back, on Twitter. "Lol @ A$ap Rocky's lipstick advice," she wrote. "Some people should just come out of the closet."
