Westcountry rockers Muse have been named the favourites to headline next year's Glastonbury festival in a new poll of Gigwise readers.
Readers have been voting since returning from last weekend's Worthy Farm event, and the huge Muse fanbase has ensured the 'Surpremacy' stars have topped our poll ahead of music legends including Prince, David Bowie and Daft Punk.
Muse last performed at Glastonbury in 2010, when they headlined the Pyramid Stage on the Saturday night. Having topped the bill so recently, it is unlikely that Michael Eavis will be booking the band so soon, but it's not out of the question.
Placing second in the poll are Radiohead, after frontman Thom Yorke played a surprise DJ set at the 2013 event. Third are US punk rockers Green Day, who will headline Optimus festival in Portugal next weekend (12-14 July 2013).
Fourth is David Bowie, who has denied all rumours of a tour in 2013, but could he change his mind and hit the festival scene next year?
Fifth are Rage Against The Machine, who previously performed at Glastonbury in 1994.

Mariah Carey placed least popular (which is a shame, because she is both crazy AND amazing), with Will With Smith nearly as unwanted at second from bottom.
Kanye West was third least popular, Beck fourth least and The Pixies fifth least popular to perform at Glastonbury 2013.
