27 July, 2013: Kendal Calling is in full swing in the Lake District, offering a unique experience in some truly stunning surroundings. Oh, and there are loads of brilliant bands playing there too.
Day two of the festival saw performances from iconic British bands such as The Charlatans and Ash - and whatever Tim Wheeler's secret to staying 21 is, we want in. That man has hardly changed since we first heard 'Girl From Mars' and 'Angel Interceptor' back in the nineties.
Headlining the Gigwise Calling Out stage were new favourites London Grammar, who brought some some pop class to the event, while Mike Skinner brought the party with his latest music project, The DOT.
