'Paper Planes' star MIA has threatened to leak her long awaited fourth studio album Matangi, and hit out at her record label Interscope over delays in releasing the record.
Matangi is expected to be released in Autumn 2013, with no official date set, and the controversial singer revealed a new track, 'Bring The Noize' in June of this year. However, the singer has now vented her frustration at the delay in releasing Matangi, and claims she could leak the album and have a new one recorded before Interscope were ready to release.

The star is also set to release a new documentary, but that has also been hit with problems in 2013. The film, which features appearances from Kayne West, Spike Jonze, XL's Richard Russell, Switch and Interscope's Jimmy Iovine. An unauthorised clip of the film was revealed online, which MIA shared with fans.
Director Ben Loveridge later pulled out of the project after the leak, stating that he ‘really couldn’t give a flying fuck’ and that he ‘would rather die than work on this’ seemingly resigning from the documentary, adding ‘nothing personal J’ for good measure.
Loveridge stated that the trailer was to give Interscope records a feel for the film, and urged followers to 'Reblog the shit out of this and maybe they'll wake up...'.
