Arcade Fire's new album was recently voted the most eagerly anticipated new release still to come in 2013, with Gigwise readers naming it their most wanted upcoming album.
The band have worked extensively with former LCD Soundsystem star James Murphy on the new record.
"I think it's going to be a really great record, actually. I'm eager to see it come out," he told Rolling Stone magazine earlier in 2013.
"There's a lot of them, and they're mostly self-produced – like, they don't need a producer in a certain way. So I didn't know how it would go. It's always working. It's just that I might have a different way of approaching how to finish, or how to accomplish an end result that really works."
As well as the upcoming release of their own album, the band have also worked on the soundtrack for Spike Jonze new movie, Her.
