Spinning records is big news and earns big money, and the life of a DJ is no different to that of a rockstar, except they spend less time in the studio and more jetting around the world performing at the world's hottest and most exclusive venues.
The Forbes list of the world's richest DJs has been released today, and the Top 11 artists are packed full of familiar names, although their earnings over the past 12 months make for some interesting reading. Who'd have thought Diplo and Pauly D were earning pretty much the same - or that there would be a difference of £10 million between the earnings of the DJ at No.1 and No.2.
