It's that time of year again. Reading and Leeds Festivals are upon us this August bank holiday weekend between 23 and 25 August.
In just three days, some of the hardest-partying festival goers among us will begin heading to Richmond Avenue in Reading and Bramham Park in Leeds to take in the music, drink questionable cider, and bother other people in their tents.
The festivals have some awesome headliners this year, including Biffy Clyro, Chase and Status, Foals, Frank Turner and Nine Inch Nails to name a few. There are also some fantastic acts gracing the festival's other stages, including Haim, Deap Vally and Disclosure on the NME/BBC Radio 1 Stage, and Ghost Poet and Fenech-Soler on the Radio 1 Dance Stage.
In anticipation of this year's offerings, we take a look back at some of the greatest acts ever to have graced the main stage at Reading and Leeds.
