90s R&B star Brandy performed a gig at a 90,000 seater stadium in South Africa at the weekend - to just 40 people.
The show was part of Nelson Mandela Sport and Culture Day at the FNB Stadium. After a full day of live performances and sport at the venue, the vast majority of people left before Brandy arrived on stage. She played just two songs before leaving.
Taking to twitter after the fiasco, singer Kabomo said that the audience weren't made aware that Brandy was even playing:
I have no words for what I just witnessed.

@SizweDhlomo it was late. People didn't know there was a concert after the games. No one knew Brandy was around. Maybe a 40 people audience

Brandy rose to fame in the mid to late 90s with tracks such as 'The Boy Is Mine' and 'Top Of The World'. Since the turn of the century, she has seen continued success with a string of high-perfoming singles - including collaborations with the likes of Kanye West and Chris Brown.
