David Bowie could be making an appearance on the forthcoming Arcade Fire album which is set for release on October 29, 2013.
According to The Sun, Bowie met the Canadian band in New York's Electric Lady Studios Studios for a recording session which also saw LCD Soundsystem's James Murphy make an appearance.
The Thin White Duke is known to be a huge fan of Arcade Fire and even joined them on stage on several occasions back in September 2005 at the Fashion Rocks event in New York and once again at the CMJ Music Marathon a month later.
Arcade Fire will finally unveil their new track 'Reflektor' tomorrow night (September 9) as well as revealing its music video and making the track available to download from 9pm.
The release of 'Reflektor' will put an end to a long period of speculation over the band's mysterious advertising campaign which has consisted of circular graphic symbols spelling out "Reflektor" that have been popping up in cities across the world.
The band previewed new music in an instrumental video, revealed online earlier this week. See the teaser below.
