Arctic Monkeys add another success to their massive 2013
The awards were announced at The Hospital Club in Covent Garden by Lauren Laverne, with a number of the nominees attending to collect their nominations. Check back on Gigwise later for full video coverage of the event.
The annual award is now in it's 21st year, having started in 1992, naming Primal Scream's Screamadelica the best album from the UK and Ireland, and was won in 2012 by indie newcomers and festival favourites, Alt-J.
