Eminem's The Marshall Mathers LP 2 looks set to become one of the fastest selling albums of 2013, shifting over 73,000 units since its release on Tuesday, 5 November.
The Detroit rapper's eighth studio album is also sure to hit the UK No.1 position this weekend, making it his seventh record to hit the top spot. In terms of worldwide sales, MMLP2 is also headed for the second highest first week sales of 2013, moving over 700,000 copies in its first week.

The album, which the legendary rapper has described as a "revisitation" of 2000's seminal The Marshall Mathers LP, features tracks 'Rap God', 'Berzerk', and 'The Monster' featuring Rihanna, which hit number one on the singles chart last week.
Elsewhere on the albums chart, charming X Factor alum James Arthur is set to enter at No.2 with his eponymous debut, whilst Tinie Tempah's second offering Demonstration follows at No.3.
The remaining Top Ten consists of a fairly mixed bag of efforts, including offerings from Westlife's Shane Filan, soulless 50s style warblers The Overtones, and The Wanted. Blimey.
Meanwhile on the singles chart, house DJ newcomer Storm Queen looks set to debut at No.1 with 'Look Right Through', knocking Eminem and Rihanna to No.2. The Top Five is completed by Little Mix's 'Move', Britney's 'Work Bitch', and Lorde's 'Royals'.
