Eminem's new album, The Marshall Mathers LP 2 is packed full of collaborations, but his latest hook-up is the coolest of the lot, as he teams up with Iron Man on a new Marvel comic cover.
The brilliant image has been designed as a variant cover for Mighty Avengers #3 and was pencilled by Salvador Larroca as a special one off edition to celebrate the release of the Marshall Mathers LP 2. It's not the first time that Larroca has drawn such a meeting of minds as he inked the Punisher/Eminem: Kill You cover way back in 2009.
Eminem's manager and president of Shady Records said that they loved the idea of working with Marvel. "When the opportunity came up for us to do a variant cover with Eminem and Marvel, we immediately thought about how cool it would be for Eminem to be sitting with one of his favorite super heroes on the steps of the now abandoned house that he grew up in," he said.
