10 September, 2013: A light and breezy air of cool descends upon the streets of East London as The Strokes turned solo star brings his inimitable style to XOYO. See 10 exclusive photos of his show here. 

Speaking to Gigwise about what to expect from his current run of shows, Hammond said: "I'm super excited to tour and I'm going to try my best to get to as many people as I can. I want to play my new songs, I've reworked my old ones and I've never really played my second record live besides the Coldplay tour - and that was already sold out with Coldplay fans, which was awesome."

He didn't disappoint, with our reviewer writing: "So then, no fuss, no frills, just a damn fine musician with some superb songs, some of which tonight could have seriously given his day job band a run for their money - Albert Hammond takes London."
