Once Christmas and New Year is all over, what is there, aside from contemplating your expanded waistline and depleted bank account, to do? Well, there's a year of big new albums to start getting excited about, for one thing...
2013 was an excellent year for huge albums, with some of the biggest bands and artists on the planet delivering records that more than justified their place at the top of their game. The past 12 months would have been a poorer place without the likes of Daft Punk, Arcade Fire, Queens Of The Stone Age, Disclosure, James Blake and many more.
