There are certain albums that have been in the works for what feels like forever - and it seems as though they'll never see the light of day, despite constant reassurals and new release dates (which then get pushed back again).
2014 and 2015 promises a variety of long-awaited records from legendary artists such as Wu Tang Clan and Guns N' Roses, as well as debuts from newbies including Azealia Banks and Iggy Azalea. But the more we wait, the more we worry they just simply won't live up to the hype.
Not to mention there's offerings from bands who have lost members along the way - Interpol and Slipknot, for example. Will these departures have a marked effect on the quality of new material?
Take a look at 11 albums in the works that we can't help but be worried about.
