Jon Hopkins and Annie Mac are the firsts artist announced to be playng this year's Parklife Weekender in Manchester.
Parklife, who will be revealing two artists per day online from today (Tuesday 28) until Thursday 30 January at 9am and 12.30pm in the run up to the big final line-up reveal on Friday 31 January, today announced via Thump that Mercury nominee Hopkins will be playing before Company added that DJ heroin Annie Mac would be playing too.
The festival has become a favourite of the season among gig-goers, renowned for its ecclectic and acclaimed line-up of bands, DJs, unusual installations and much more. Curated by The Warehouse Project, previous performers at Parklife include Chic feat. Nile Rogers, The Flaming Lips, Plan B, Booka Shade, Four Tet, Disclosure, Jessie Ware and many more.
The Parklife Weekender takes place at Manchester's Heaton Park from Saturday 7 - Sunday 8 June. For more information visit Gigwise gig tickets.
