We're almost halfway through 2014 (!!!!) and the year has already been very kind to us by way of brilliant new music and huge releases - but many of the biggest and best are yet to come. 

From the funk-rock royalty of Prince, the Glastonbury headlining techo-rock of Kasabian and the stadium-filling sound of Foo Fighters to the pop-noir majesty of Lana Del Rey, the post-punk anthems of Interpol and whatever the hell Kanye West feels like doing, the rest of the year has something in store for everyone. 

So here's to things to come, and 22 absolutely massive albums still due for release in 2014.
