Lily Allen is celebrating after landing her second ever No.1 UK album with her controversial comeback LP, Sheezus.
The 'Hard Out Here' star beat Gary Barlow to claim the No.1 spot, outselling him by nearly 10,000 copies, reports the Official Charts Company.
The album and its singles have divided opinion among fans and critics alike, but that hasn't stopped all recent releases from charting well - despite herself admitting that a wealth of the material was 'beige' and sub-par.
Allen took to Twitter to celebrate her chart position:
yay !!!!!! number 1 album, thank you lots and lots everyone. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Meanwhile, the airing of a BBC documentary about Gary Barlow has helped his latest album, Since I Saw You Last, to soar back up to No.2, ahead of Paolo Nutini's hugely successful Caustic Love which this week slips to No.3. Completing the top five are Paloma Faith at No.4 with A Perfect Contradiction and Black Stone Cherry at No.5 with Magic Mountain.
