The singer performed new and old material to the adoring crowd

24 May 2014: Paolo Nutini took his brilliant new material to Manchester last night, performing to 3,500 people at the o2 Apollo. The singer's third album, Caustic Love, was released last month, when it went straight to No.1 in the UK's charts. At his Manchester show, Nutini performed material from this hugely successful album, as well as a healthy portion of older material. He finished his set with 'Dirty Old Town', which we're fairly sure was an unintentional insult.
Check out 12 of the best photos from the gig here. We're reliably informed that Nutini is in fact able to open his eyes. He just chooses not to.
