More We Start Fires

With guitars like a Gatling gun firing off riffs of agitated urgent punk-pop and the strut of a catwalk super model walking all over their finely tuned synthesizers We Start Fires unleash two songs aggressive, in your face high jinx. ‘Hot Metal’ thrusts with incessant intent, a sleazy frenzy of vocals and power chords dragging it through the darker recesses of the mind and off into the night while ’Hipshake’ rips through three minutes of Le Tigre style posturing with more than a hint of the femme fatale, it draws you in, uses and abuses you and then spits you out. Girls on top, we damn well hope so.
