Kansas born London based Piney Gir has unveiled the new single 'Gold Rules' from her forthcoming album mR hYDE'S wILD rIDE. Watch the video below.
From her sixth album, the single has a Breeders-esque snarl to it with a twisted video inspired by the truly extraordinary Captain Beefheart and The Magic Band. Signed to legendary punk label Damaged Goods, Gir's album mR hYDE'S wILD rIDE is set to follow a similar tone. She described as it is described as "twelve pop stories about a young woman coming to terms with the hope and regret that accompanies love and loss."
