Take a bit of Mumford & Sons, toss in a pop influence and a fondness for ground-breaking drama Twin Peaks and what are you left with? Excellent new London four-piece Bastille, that's what.

Bastille are the brainchild of Dan Smith, who put together a talented band to support his many musical ideas and collaborate on tracks such as 'These Streets'. We hung out with Bastille recently and filmed the band performing the track live and exclusively for Gigwise.

Bastille will release their major-label debut on 30 April, 2012 with single 'Overjoyed'. But before that track drops, here's the incredible live performance of 'These Streets' to get you introduced to a band set for big things.
