When it comes to hip-hop legends, things don't get much bigger than Cypress Hill. The rap trio made their name in the nineties with hits such as 'Insane In The Brain' and 'When The Shit Goes Down'.
Now, back to break down music boundaries once again the California three-piece have hooked up with dubstep producer Rusko for new EP, 'Cypress Hill X Rusko'. We caught up with the rappers following their recent UK show to discuss how future bands can learn from their experimental approach to music, why electronic production has changed the face of hip-hop, why good rap struggles to break through in the US and whether their backstage antics have mellowed during their years in the business...
