Anyone fortunate to have seen Of Monsters And Men at their scarce but stunning UK shows in 2012 will be aware that they are one of the finest new bands of the year.
After scoring success in their homeland and across Europe, the band scored a Top Ten album in the US with their debut 'My Head Is An Animal' - which is released in the UK on 20 August, 2012. The band mix wistful storytelling with pounding indie-folk sounds and Mumford & Sons-esque beats.
Ahead of their album (and single, 'Little Talks') release in August, we caught up with Of Monsters And Men on a London rooftop for an acoustic performance of their track, 'Mountain Sound'. Watch the video below.
