The Noisesttes were named 'the best live band in Britain by The Guardian in 2011, and ahead of the band's 2012 comeback, we got a chance to put that title to the test!
The Noisettes are back and better than ever with their new album Contact. A massive album mixing soul, pop and rock on their strongest collection of tracks to date - this is the album that will see Dan Smith and Shingai Shoniwa finally shake off the lasting memory of mega-hit 'Don't Upset The Rhythm'.
Their first single, 'That Girl' is a stunning slice of laid back retro soul, and we caught up with the duo in a plush Soho bar for a live, acoustic performance of the track. Check it out below, and check back on Gigwise for more Noisettes exclusives in the coming weeks.
