In mid-March 2013, London played host to one of the most exciting dance collectives of recent times, as French turntable masters C2C arrived for a sell-out show at Camden's Koko.

The award winning DJs have recently released their debut album Tetra in the UK, following chart-topping success in their homeland. Featuring jazz, soul and hip-hop influences, the vinyl masters have delivered one of the finest and freshest-sounding dance records of recent years.

We caught up with DJ Greem and DJ Pfel backstage at Koko to discuss the varied sounds of their debut album, the demise of vinyl in the DJ world and discovered that the duo were split when it came to dubstep. The DJs also discuss the dance artists who put on the best live shows, and (controversially) reveal that neither are fans of Daft Punk.

C2C's debut album Tetra is out now - and comes highly recommended. Read our review of the album here and read our review of C2C's Koko gig here. They return to the for a show at the London Forum on 20 June 2013.

Watch our interview with the duo below.
