Post War Years have slowly risen from indie outsiders to one of the most talked about bands of 2013, and released their debut album Galapagos earlier this year - to huge critical acclaim.
An alternative indie band to the all-out guitar sounds of the likes of Palma Violets or Peace, Post War Years are making a name for themselves with offbeat, quirky tunes, such as their track 'All Eyes'. We recently caught up with the band while they were in London, and they performed an exclusive acoustic version of 'All Eyes' and chatted to Gigwise about their new album and plans to hit the festival season hard in 2013.
The band also raised an interesting point about the so-called return of the guitar band - does it exist, or is it simply that people want to see more live music in 2013?
