When it comes to cool names in the music industry, it doesn't get much better than Kitsune. The ultra chic French dance label has been on the forefront of electronic and new disco music since 2002 - and they also put on a pretty decent club night too.

Last weekend, the label launched their new collection, Kitsune Soleil Mix 2, with a huge party at London's Village Underground. As well as DJ sets from super-cool stars Lindstrom, Pyramid and Classixx, head honcho Gildas Kitsune was on hand for a spectacular appearance himself.

We headed down to the launch party to discuss the rise of the record label with Gildas, how the label manages to keep on the cutting edge of music and how he feels to have launched artists including Is Tropical, Citizens!, La Roux and Two Door Cinema Club. Check out our video interview below.
