When it comes to ones to watch, they don't get much more exciting than rising star Foxes - a 24-year-old British singer songwriter who currently has one of the most played songs on US radio and has artists queuing up to work with her. We caught up with Foxes backstage at Reading Festival. Watch our video interview with her below.
Louisa Rose Allen is in an exciteable mood. She's still buzzing from appearing on stage with Fall Out Boy at Leeds Festival and is about to do the same at Reading. She appears on the track 'Just One Yesterday' from their comeback album, Save Rock And Roll.
Appearing on Zedd's single 'Clarity is what first saw her shoot to fame on the other side of the pond, before 'Youth' featured on Gossip Girl and dominated the radio. Now she gets swamped by fans when she visits, although she admits most of them confuse her for Zooey Deschanel. It's fair to say she's having a very good year. So, how did Leeds Festival treat her?
"It was really fun and quite crazy," she said. "The Fall Out Boy fans were absolutely loving it and the band hadn't actually played that song live yet, so it was really nice to come out and play it. The boys are so lovely every time that I go out with them and they're really sweet."
"They could just treat me like shit because they're Fall Out Boy, which is quite a big deal but they're really sweet."

Foxes added that coming to work with Fall Out Boy was a strange twist of fate and a dream come true.
"It's quite a weird story," she said. "Pete Wentz was at a house party and he heard 'Youth'. Apparently, and this is from his own mouth, he made everyone shut up and he said 'who's this girl singing on this song?' Someone told him and then I got a random email from Fall Out Boy and it was just like 'do you want to do a song?' And then we did it."
"'Clarity got quite big out there. It's really weird that I'll come back here and then go out to America. I've done it throughout the year at different times so I haven't been there fully to see it progress but it just seems to be getting bigger and it's quite strange because it's been going for a year and is the second most played song on the radio. That was really when it first felt like that, but usually I just get chased down te street by people screaming 'are you Zooey Deschanel and I'm like 'no!'"
