Nas, Q-Tip and The Roots teamed up on the most recent Jimmy Fallon show to perform 'One Love' and 'The World is Yours'. See footage below.

The performances mark the 20th anniversary of Nas' classic Illmatic album and continues an extremely star studded run for Fallon. Recent guests have included Arcade Fire, The National, Disclosure and U2. This week will see Yusuf Islam, a.k.a. Cat Stevens, the surviving members of Nirvana, Stevie Nicks and KISS feature on the show.
