US sources claim that Solange reportedly attacked Jay Z at the 2014 Met Gala Ball, and various publications have published video which apparently shows the brawl taking place. See the footage below.
The footage, taken from a security camera, shows a man and a woman involved in a violent altercation - although the identity of the pair is unclear. During the video, originally published on gossip website TMZ, the female is seen lashing out violently at the male, before being pulled away by another man. She is then seen attempting to kick the first. It is uncertain if it is indeed Jay Z and Solange, but TMZ are reporting this as fact.
It is also not known what the incident was about, and celebrity publications state that Beyonce and Solange left the event in a different vehicle to the rapper.
