In May and June, Jack Daniel’s JD Roots continued their commitment to local music scenes with a run of shows that saw established artist Miles Kane and indie legends Maximo Park play intimate gigs in small venues in their hometowns. In addition they hosted four breakthrough acts; The Family Rain, The Ruen Brothers, Charlie Boyer and The Voyeurs and Loom as a continuation of the 2013 hometown tour of JD Roots shows.
To further their support of the places legends are born, JD Roots returns in October with their pick of the UK’s 2013 talent. There will be shows in three cities that further highlight the importance of small venues and emerging talent; in order to continue celebrating the people and places across the land that make the UK the thriving music scene that it is.
