The Sports Culture
When you think of Manchester, sports and music will instantly spring to mind. The music side of Manchester will get its own point later, but visiting Manchester and not soaking up the sports culture is a mistake in itself.

The Mancunian people and the city itself have doubled down on music being its biggest asset and the new Co-Op Arena is a testament to that. This new arena is one of the best for music in the world, with an already massive amount of huge artists performing there while the building is still in its infancy.
This summer alone, we are going to see two huge artists, Kaytranada and Tyler The Creator, doing headline shows within a few months of each other in the summer of 2025. This is also just the tip of the iceberg for the shows that are being held in Manchester for all musical fans.
The big one is of course the Oasis reunion which is most likely the reason why you are in Manchester to begin with. Obviously, this tour is a monumental event and occasion in all of music and the videos of the tour alone will satisfy any music fan.
As well as Oasis, the Irish indie band, Fontaines DC, is doing a huge show that is looking like a lot of fun as summer slowly comes to an end. Overall, for music, you are spoilt for choice in Manchester.
